“First time using this service provider. Had been using a different carpet cleaning process (OXY) for the past couple of years. Took advantage of a special rate being offered by Environmental Carpet Solutions. In setting the appointment, Shawn returned the call and gave a completed price (including stairs).

He arrived promptly on time, did a walk-through and varified the price given on the phone. One of the first things we noted that was different was his set-up — he placed corner protectors to avoid the hoses hitting the corners or furniture and it was evident that he took pride in and care of his equipment .

Our carpets are a slight off-white and are about15 years old, but when Shawn had finished they looked almost new – the best they had looked in the past 5-6 years (and we have them cleaned in 6-7 months intervals). He even got up some stains that had been there through a number of prior cleanings. We were very impressed with his professionalism and extremely pleased with the end results.
